6-months internship focused on the creation of the QA area. Developing needed procedures to ensure early detection of bugs and risk before releasing to the market.

Family retail company focused on stationery and book segment. In this role I lead running day-to-day operations on one of the branches including opening and closing business day readiness, oversee staff members, ensure customer service level, displays setups, inventory control and cashier tasks.
